PROCESS DESCRIPTION: 
This Caturron coffee undergoes a meticulous process, starting with pulping to prepare the cherries. Subsequently, a 36-hour fermentation enhances flavor, followed by an 18-day sun-drying phase. The result is a delicious and well-crafted brew.
