PROCESS DESCRIPTION: 
Embark on the journey of this Pink Bourbon! Starting with a 36-hour anaerobic fermentation in a sophisticated setup, where everything remains cool with strategic water control. Then, it moves to the African beds for sunbathing and air-drying. After the sun session, a mechanical silo adds a final touch before it relaxes in hermetic bags for a cozy 25-day stabilization nap. These beans are truly pampered!
